Market Commentary

As the market recovers from the declines this summer, portfolios have gained ground. Stocks are overcoming the often scary month of October, at least for now. Corporate earnings reports seem to indicate profits are in line with expectations and there is confidence in the outlook for the fourth quarter. 
We are approaching the best time period for investing in the market - November through April. There may be a pullback in the market to allow investors to put additional funds to work before year-end. Now is the time to get ready.
